All subscription orders are processed and dispatched within the shipping window you select during checkout, once payment has been received. We aim to deliver your package within the selected weekly window, ensuring timely and convenient delivery.
Packages are designed to fit through standard letterboxes, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order. Once your subscription has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or text message with tracking details.
