Payment Terms

Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping is organized by weekly windows. If you place your order in the 2nd week of the month, your order will ship within the 2nd week window and be delivered before the end of that same week.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery information is accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by courier errors or incorrect address input.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because of the nature of our subscription boxes, we do not offer returns or refunds after an order has shipped.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
